Thursday, October 22nd : 1st Grade Cohort A AM and PM CARES
Friday, October 23rd: 1st Grade Cohort B AM and PM CARES
Monday, October 26th: All grades Cohort A AM and PM CARES
Tuesday, October 27th: All grades Cohort B AM AND PM CARES
Wednesday, October 28th: CARES Hybrid Remote Learning Support 8am-4pm
Morning CARES:
AM drop-off: 6:45am-7:49am Please stay in your car and text the CARES phone that you have arrived. A staff member will come out to greet your child. Busses begin to arrive at 7:50am and you will not be able to drop off for CARES. If you arrive after 7:49am, you will be a car-rider.
Breakfast will no longer be served in Morning CARES as it will be served during school. If your child would like to bring something to eat, that is fine!
Afternoon CARES:
PM pick-up: 2:45pm-5:30pm (note the end time change) Please stay in your car and text the CARES phone that you have arrived. A staff member will bring your child out to your car. A late fee goes into effect at 5:31PM. Please call if you are going to be late.
We will be going outside as much as we can. Please be sure your child is adequately clothed to go outside in the cold!
Even with social distance, we are able to do crafts, play games, color, chat, and do many of our favorite CARES things.
ABSENCES FROM CARES: Please email Mrs. Combs, call or text the CARES phone. Your child is our responsibility and we will be expecting him/her!

*In the event of a delay, BEFORE SCHOOL C.A.R.E.S. will be cancelled. AFTER SCHOOL C.A.R.E.S. will be business as usual.
*In the event of an emergency early dismissal, AFTER SCHOOL C.A.R.E.S. will be cancelled.
